Hallo Zusammen!
Hope you’re all having a great evening. Finally resting after a busy day, great reflecting and a sweaty workout. Eating my “never ending” soup (interested in knowing the recipe?)
Been working on my motion design skills, and feeling like I may have found my calling… Ok I’ll be patient here, but really, I feel like I have gone back to the way my brain used to feel when it was extremely focused and in a way “absorbed” in creativity. From a young age my dad put me in an AutoCAD course in Miami, and in my school we had weekly computer classes where we speak great amounts of time learning about Photoshop and film editing… To think know after finishing my bachelors, I am feeling the need to learn these skills.
Sorry if this was not what you expected to read! I just had to vent, haha. Maybe you understand what I mean!?
Anyways, for todays post I wanted to go into depth about Sound Therapy and some of the studies, rituals, and possible practice you can make.
So, without further to do…
S O U N D T H E R A P Y
“In the beginning there was sound. Sound began the whole thing, and in sound resides tremendous power. It opens doorways to other realities, for with the production of sound, energy can move from one system to another.”
– Barbara Marciniak, Earth: Pleiadian Keys to the Living Library”
“Sound has been utilized in various cultures for thousands of years as a tool for healing. Whether through the use of mantras as with the Hindis, the Icaros (medicine melodies) of various Indigenous peoples from Central and South America, or Pythagoras' use of interval and frequency, these various techniques all have the same intention: to move us from a place of imbalance to a place of balance.”
