Good Morning Everyone!

This is an important post to me because I would like to share two things…

First, an interview done by one of my favorite authors Simon Sinek… His discussion about the Infinite Possibilities and shifting our way of thinking in business and in leading teams… I will let him explain more, and you will see the great examples he makes for his arguments..

“People don't buy what you do; they buy why you do it. And what you do simply proves what you believe”
― Simon Sinek, Start with Why: How Great Leaders Inspire Everyone to Take Action

Secondly, I want you to know how Powerful you Truly are. Read the whole post. Focus, and find a quiet place to think.

What I have to say is Valuable information for You.

In moments of transformation, we can inspire others.

"The true secret of happiness lies in taking a genuine interest in all the details of daily life." - William Morris

What if I told you

All you have is this moment.

What if I told you,

You only have right now

  • Would you spend your time right now differently?

  • Would you look at people in a different way?

  • Would you think about yourself in a different way?

  • Would you even think of your self image?

Would you focus on what really matters to you?

  • Maybe you would make that phone call or visit someone you’ve been avoiding…

  • Maybe you would go to that country you have been DYING to visit…

  • Maybe you would spend that extra hour sitting at the table with your loved one…

  • Would you spend an extra hour with your team?

  • Maybe you would go to the dog shelter and hug a few dogs

  • Maybe make a call to your grandparents just to say Thank you

What would You Do?

This isn’t a negative question, on the contrary! This is a question of Opportunity. A question of Urgency.

You get to live the life You envision.

“What if?”, and “What would you do?” are huge questions that I always ask myself as a point of reflection.

There was a quote I was told as I was growing up.. If this situation isn’t going to matter in 5 years, why spend 5 minutes of your life on it? Reflection is a great tool and becoming aware of our patterns, and can support our journey to becoming better beings.

How can you become a better?

Get feedback. What are the limits you are setting for yourself? What is the image you are creating of your self? Are you being pictured as the perfectionist? The procrastinator? The micro manager?

This is my drive.

To inspire having an awareness Of this precise moment.

If You are spending your precious time to read this…

I hope for one second

You can see how valuable

Every second you have is.

We are not victims of our situation. We are the architects of it.

Ritually provides insights on what you can try,

RIGHT NOW,

in your daily life.

Whether it is a traditional Japanese tea ritual, to a simple mindful walk in your closest park.

I am here support you on your journey, towards a Daily Practice, and to inspire Self Love, and Mind Expansion.

There are only two ways to influence human behavior: you can manipulate it or you can inspire it.

Very few people or companies can clearly articulate WHY they do WHAT they do. By WHY I mean your purpose, cause or belief

  • WHY does your company exist?

  • WHY do you get out of bed every morning?

  • WHY should anyone care?

People don’t buy WHAT you do, they buy WHY you do it.

”We are drawn to leaders and organizations that are good at communicating what they believe. Their ability to make us feel like we belong, to make us feel special, safe and not alone is part of what gives them the ability to inspire us. For values or guiding principles to be truly effective they have to be verbs. It’s not “integrity,” it’s “always do the right thing.” It’s not “innovation,” it’s “look at the problem from a different angle.” Articulating our values as verbs gives us a clear idea - we have a clear idea of how to act in any situation. Happy employees ensure happy customers. And happy customers ensure happy shareholders—in that order. Leading is not the same as being the leader. Being the leader means you hold the highest rank, either by earning it, good fortune or navigating internal politics. Leading, however, means that others willingly follow you—not because they have to, not because they are paid to, but because they want to.” - Simon Sinek

You don’t hire for skills, you hire for attitude. You can always teach skills.

Reading through his book, I realize that over all the skills that I will learn, there must first be a vision and goal that I work towards.. I can lean more about sound healing, I can go to a yoga training, become a Reiki master… you know what I mean….

Before all else… with Ritually… My promise to you… Yes, you,

I am committed to Always share with you the open and infinite view on loving and taking care of the first person you need to look for, Yourself.

This is not a selfish act,

this is reality.

If you are balanced in your being,

then you can support and grow,

your dreamS,

your passions,

and your community.
