You are the Greatest Project

Hey Everyone,

Today has been a good awareness and productive day. Making some time for my self love. Writing this during my lunch break :)

  • Day 2 of My 10 days with the Brain Trainer. Discussing Will Power.

    • What does Will Power mean to you?

    • Do you feel like you have control over your actions? The power to shift your life?

    • How do you feel about your habits in your life right now?

    • What are your habits right now?

I’m working on my habits and my daily ritual, my start to the mornings. My intention settings… AND What I realize for myself more and more is that I am a very active person.. HAHA. So it’s Crucial for me to have some sort of grounding or “check in”. If I am not in the mind state or feeling grounded, it is hard for me to create long term changes.

What does that mean for me?

  • Have a few daily practices that support me feeling comfortable wherever I am in the world. (Working on my Daily 5 at the moment)

My Rough Draft (Would love to know your thoughts)

This are the things for me that support Me in being the best person I can be for You!

  1. Daily Meditation

  2. Water (2-3 liters a day)

  3. Focused Learning/Read something new every day (News, Book, Languages, Art)

  4. Movement (Gym, Stretching, Yogaaaa )

  5. Nutritional Goals


The power of community. The power of Reaching Out.

  • Have you ever felt like you were the only one going through a situation. No one would understand or deal with it?

  • Have you ever been surprised by one conversation, and how it can completely change your mental state, and maybe even answer your question?

l am extremely grateful in moments like these is Technology. I can be in Germany, and speak to my family and friends on the other side of the world.
