It’s coming to that time again. End of the month. My Birthday is next month! Thinking a lot about what I am creating and want to continue to create.
What do I have control of?
What do I not have control of?
And move from there…
I like to divide it up into categories:
Health/Body/Fitness
Finance/Business/Career
Family/Relationships
Spiritual
Community Service
Recreation/Leisure
This is a great tool for accountability and commitment to yourself.
No need to go overboard, but it’s nice to have a roadmap.
Here are mine:
1.
Working out 3-4 times a week.
Getting my daily steps with my puppy Skipper.
Eating clean and healthy meals. Not processed.
2.
Working on my portfolio
Applying to new jobs
Continue to create personal art and share it with my community. A personal brand is important.
3.
Date nights
Go to brunch with girlfriends on the weekend.
Celebrate Mothers Day
4.
Restart my journaling in the mornings/evenings.. you feel great when you do it.
5.
Beach Clean-Ups in the mornings.
6.
Go longboarding more often
Go dancing at least once a month
Celebrate MY BIRTHDAY. Go hiking!
