Manifestation

These past few weeks have been a fun experience of manifestation and love. It’s crazy how things really do align when you are ready or meant for them.

Last night was extremely special with one of my amazing friends Marietta where we did a combination of art, journaling, meditating, and even moon gazing… Yes, I believe and like to do those things! (If you ever want to join my fun, spontaneous adventures, or want to collaborate reach out!)

Sunday thoughts:

  • What are your essentials?

  • What do you create or prioritize daily for your body and soul?

  • Are you feeling good at the end of the day? What are the body, and soul level feelings you have when you finish your day?

  • Do you check in on your relationships often? Self relationships?

    • Mobility, Stability, Flexibility, Strength?

    • Regeneration?

    • Deep REM Sleep?

    • Hydration?

We are usually so focused on reaching a level of self actualization that we forget our basic needs.

I feel like this is something that I’ve learned here in Germany which is…. why leave my space/home when I’m not feeling comfortable, or out of balance…

we say there’s a lot at home… Which is everything starts in the household. Rest, Shelter, Safety, Food,… and most important LOVE. (Would love to know your thoughts on this)

When was the last time you took an actual nap? Or read a book?

I’ve had a few conversations about this the past week… And realize that for myself it is a challenge sometimes to sit at home and do nothing. Call it ADHD… I call it creative mind 😉

Anyways!! On this topic of rest… in some ways seems like failure? Or that what am I doing? Is it a waste of time? I think in some ways it comes from my father who is a big go-getter… As my mom. She definitely reminds me to rest more… My dad on the other hand is an extreme extrovert (curious intellect, like me) and is constantly building and working on things around the house/community… you name it! So I have been conditioned to think of my body as bulletproof… Or resistant to pain/extreme conditions… The typical where it is… being a “Tough cookie”.

Who would’ve thought I would be writing this on Ritually, right?

My intention is to be vulnerable on this blog.. to share the journey.. and acknowledge the imperfection.. AND LOVE IT ALL! That is life!

But back on topic, so many of my friends are always impressed by the fact that I have so much energy and think I am crazy at times… and I never know what to say except… that’s just me!

That’s when I get into the topics of mind and how our perception affects everything.
What we choose to believe and surround ourselves with… will impact us..

I was reminded of a few sessions I did with my family therapist a few years ago where he showed me the shifts from Alpha to Beta… guiding me through a meditation… I realized there and then… there is a lot we don’t see…

I didn’t recognize it’s importance until a lot later…. Yesterday was a reawakening if this memory.. and I actually reached out to a few of my old mentors.. curious to see what I can learn and unfold…
